The Recruitment Duo celebrated their 2nd business birthday in October 2023!

It has been a whirlwind 2 years of trading for The Recruitment Duo, who have supported nearly 50 businesses in the Solihull and surrounding areas with their recruitment needs and guided over 150 people into new jobs. A year into their business journey they recruited their first employee Abby Jarmy, and plans are afoot to grow their team in 2024.

Then a crowning moment for the dynamic duo Holly Vaughan and Louise Dunn, came as they were awarded “Excellence in Customer Services” at this year’s Solihull Chamber of Commerce awards held on Friday 20th October at the Hilton Metropole. They were awarded in recognition of their ability to provide a best-in-class recruitment service to their candidates and clients.
